The hotel's location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the nearby plaza. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome right away. Rooms are spacious and equipped with excellent amenities, including a great shower with hot water. Breakfast offerings are varied, making sure there's something for everybody's taste.
The outside noise can get a bit overwhelming, so light sleepers might need earplugs.

Great location near the central area, comfortable bed, and a good shower. The breakfast selection was also nice. We had a pleasant stay at Plata Condesa. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location couldn't have been better, right in the center of town and close to everything. The breakfast was tasty and offered a nice variety. The staff was very friendly, helpful and always on hand to help with any questions.
We had to leave after the first night as the noise from a nearby nightclub was unbearable and kept us up until the early hours. there was no table or desk in the room which made it difficult to work and not enough space in the bathroom for all our toiletries.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay in the heart of the city! Perfect location with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The big and comfortable bed was just what we needed after days of exploring. The shower was great, with excellent water pressure and hot water. We loved the variety of breakfast offerings and the friendly and helpful staff made our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel's WiFi worked flawlessly during our stay, keeping us connected to our loved ones.
While the room was nice and clean, there was not enough space in the bathroom for our personal toiletries. there was no desk or table in the room, which made it hard to work during our stay.
